Ask Scott Campbell, I guess, since only MWA talks about them being alive for sure. (GURPS says they "disappeared," the Myth II manual says most Fallen Lords who survived Balor's death were "hunted down and killed.")
The only source I know for any description of their names & powers is GURPS, which mentions Bheil, "twice-born daughter of flood and famine," with plant & weather control powers, and Ravanna, super-stealthy "loveless child of the unwed dawn," possibly the same being as Shiver. If Ravanna really is just another role/aspect of Shiver, Bheil could be the only one truly left alive. Who knows?
