Well, as I recall, in one of the TFL tags the level "flight from Covenant" is called "Flight from Juniper". Not much else though, Juniper was about as far away from anything else as you can get, while Covenant is/was a primary city of the Provence. The only thing I can think of is that Juniper is trashed by the battle between the Dominator and the Lady, and Covenant was sacked by the Fallen (Can't remember who though, The Watcher perhaps?).
