: Hum...most of the fallen lords? We KNOW that Shiver was
: defeated, Balor was decapitated
Balor's not a Fallen Lord, he's the Leveller. Nitpick, I know...
: the Watcher was
: presumed dead
The Watcher is dead.
: the Deceiver was frozen in ice all
: before balor's defeat.
No! The Deceiver was attacking Madrigal at the time Balor was killed. Later Nine Skull Crocodile, Turgeis with Burning Steel, and others in Alric's army hunted down the remnants of the Deceiver's army and "here in this very pass defiled them" (from "Stair Of Grief "or "The Deceiver", not sure), and the Deceiver was plunged into the Dramus river where he remained until Myth II.
: So "most of the Fallen
: Lords" must be referring to Soulblighter and the
: Faceless Man (and maybe the army decided to go search
: for Myrdred?)
Yes, the Deceiver was one of the ones hunted down and (supposedly) killed. Soulblighter was probably hunted but never found. And the rest are dead. All dead. THE FALLEN LORDS ARE DEAD, PEOPLE! Shiver, Watcher, Deceiver, Soulblighter, and the others too! All dead! The narrator says so in the epilogue, "The Fallen Lords are dead and the Dark has fled the land". AND THAT'S FINAL!
: However, using the term "most of the Fallen
: Lords" only seems to refer to the Faceless Man,
And The Voiceless One or Bonesplitter, whichever Shiver isn't. And the Deceiver.
: and maybe the Watcher (if someone knew he'd escaped).
He didn't escape! He's DEAD! DEAD AS A DOORNAIL! THEY TURNED HIM TO STONE AND SMASHED HIM INTO TINY FRAGMENTS!! AUGH!!!
: Personally, I'd bet that the narrator was insane.
Isn't everyone?
