At Bungie.org if we payed entirely for our own use of the bandwidth, this whole Myth section could stand on its own for the most part.
Also, is it possible to just kind of shut down bandwidth for a while, like make it dormant in case nobody's paying for subscriptions. I'm thinking of something like having very limited bandwidth to begin with (ten downloads or less) and then people will pay for monthly or yearly subscriptions. If there aren't enough payers, then we could remove a little bandwidth for a while so it wouldn't cost as much.
Another idea, rather than subscribing, is to have downloading charges and uploading charges, so everytime the bandwidth is used, it is payed for.
And I know we've gone through this a million times, but banner ads might help a little. They couldn't hurt at least.
