The discussion about the new mill replacement isn't going anywhere... fast. We'll just have to wait and see, perhaps Forrest can get somewhere with this, considering he's the only one here who can.
The program "Tag Extractor" for Mac by Vodi (who was part of Badlands at the time I think) can do what you mentioned. I have it locally, but it's one of the more popular and well-known tools out there, you should be able to find it by wading through some links. If not, just email me and I'll throw ya mine.
