yeah, I didn't want to give anymore info until I was done but guess it can't hurt. The Gamespy network (particularly the classicgaming section) offers free hosting with unlimited bandwidth and space. Only catch is that you have to show them a completed website (which is what I'm working on now) that serves a purpose for that game which it will. And pretty much if they like the layout they will let it become part of the gamespy network.
