The reason clem won't give you the files isn't because he is selfish and wants to keep them himself, the files never belonged to him in the first place they belonged to the people that made and added them and therefore clem doesn't have a right to give them away, I believe this is the reason he has given many times in the past as well.
As for replacing the mill I'm working on a project now, there will be unlimited space and bandwidth. The only downside is that we will have to start from scratch with the files.
