Choosing to shut down the Mill, which he runs at his own cost, is fair enough.
Choosing not to give any warning is rude.
Denying the right to anyone to access what was there ever again, in effect STEALING the maps, 99.9% of which aren't his, is selfish and inexcusable. But no doubt if he ever read this he'd just make some stupid comment about how people in his workplace make these comments at his everyday (thta being his catchphrase)...maybe he's a proffesional thief?
