Not counting Myth III information, Mazzarin might have had a longer life (REAL life, not Shade-life.) From TFL and M2 we don't hear anything about the Watcher before the Wind Age, so he might have lived less than two millennia, which Mazzarin could conceivably have outdone depending on when he was born.

Some Herons could also be older than the Watcher (though probably not if you go by Myth III, which has him born during or before the Axe Age).

Of course, he's not the oldest human anymore, being dead and all.
