Yeah, Welly is right. The most important is archmage as tactican not as handfighter. And Entity if you want to see who is the best handtohand fighter just use Vengeance and put in one map all great myth archmages and you will se that Mjarin will kill them all, in long range. So the most important is the traps and knowledges they all have. And i we don't know all knowledges of all archmages, we can see that they use some of them when they need. But in my opinion the most powerful and who has more knowledges of magic is who has read the Total Codex. I think that's why Mazzarin was the greatest of the avatara, caz he read the Total Codex and than gave his knowledge to Connacht(later Balor).
