This discussion was origionally about the remaining fallen lords, in the Myth 2 section "The Story So Far..." (after prologue) it reads:
---
Their leadership broken, most of the Fallen Lords were soon hunted down and destroyed by Alric’s armies. With Balor’s destruction, Soulblighter found himself defeated, but alive and free from Balor’s service. He escaped into the wilderness, to bide his time and look for an opportunity to return to his former power, to achieve the ambition that was denied his master.
---
Hum...most of the fallen lords? We KNOW that Shiver was defeated, Balor was decapitated, the Watcher was presumed dead, the Deceiver was frozen in ice all before balor's defeat. So "most of the Fallen Lords" must be referring to Soulblighter and the Faceless Man (and maybe the army decided to go search for Myrdred?)
However, using the term "most of the Fallen Lords" only seems to refer to the Faceless Man, and maybe the Watcher (if someone knew he'd escaped).
Personally, I'd bet that the narrator was insane.
