iu'shee is a common bolgian (hee heee i like that word) name. When they copied the TFL names to the EVIL chimera that one just came up. So i guess Ares/Forrest just liked it and put him in to stone the watcher. Oh and he also shot arrows at him that turned him into a statue ;)
