This is one of those theories that has very little to support it, but nothing I can think of to refute it. While it is possible (dare I say, likely) that the Head was a previous Leveller, the idea of ALL the previous Levellers (at least those with any portion of their bodies intact) are stirring probably would have been an important issue that would have been raised in the story. Unless anyone wants to claim that the Summoner is Moagim reincarnated. I'm not, I'm just tossing off ideas.
