I could see this working. Myrdred's taunts in SB are all things he could have picked up from simply being a general alongside Soulblighter and Shiver. That said, *when* exactly was Myrdred an Avatara? And when did he turn?
Personally I would like to see another of Balor's Fallen Lords though. Just to give us a few more questions and answers.
Oh, one thing, if Myrdred is not in TWA- when will his rivalry with Bahl'al come into being?

: true name is Culwyeh. The Voiceless One, who is also
: listed in the prerelease info as one of the ancient
: three of the Fallen, is really named Ravanna. But,
: Myrdred called Shiver's second incarnation Ravanna -
: implying some identity connection between the two.
That would explain why Shiver in TFL is a withered, fetch-like being- whilst in SB she is a floating, armoured banshee like creature.
My only problem with this would be- if the second Shiver (SB) is Ravannah, then I'd want an explanation as to why she and Damas no longer share any kind of bond. We've discussed it elsewhere, but it would really need an explanation. I know they've both turned, but if hate can survive the change (Watcher and Myrdred), then so could other complex emotions. Right?
