Well I always assumed that truly exceptional meant a person pure of heart.
In addition I think that Ravanna's part should be played up a bit, and there should be some suggestion of her future magical power. All in all a bit more three dimensionality to the Characters would be nice. Oh and maybe a fifth person could be added to the Heroes and he dies half way through and returns in the last level as Phelot.
