if we go from where the wind age was and if the Watcher was a fallen lord from LAST age (Since all the followers of levelers seem to be lesser heros reborn as evil later) then he could have been involved, and maz would be 500 years younger...
or we could do that whole watcher was an ancient evil which could either mean he was ALWAYS evil or was a good guy turned bad before anyone was even changing damas' diapers...
