: Well Soulblighter did almost blow up an entire mountain

Not to mention that Soulblighter's armies destroyed what it took Balor's armies 50 years to destroy, all the major cities of the West, in under a year. And then some, since Madrigal never really fell in TFL, just had a civil war. Balor did some serious damage... it was just done so quickly and we spent so much time in game elsewhere looking for ways to stop him before he was done (instead of actively fighting him off) that we never really faced that kind of desperation.
It'd be interesting to see a campaign of all those unsung battles in the West. Except that they lose in the end, but it could be played as a small group that makes minor victories throughout, simply surviving the collapse of civilization, and eventually ends up with Alric's forces at Tharsis. The finale could be holding off Soulblighter's army from the outside as Alric brings the man himself down inside.
