Soulbligher destroys relative minor cities, compared to Balor.

The Cath Bruig Empire, the greatest empire the world had ever known, is all but erased from the world by Balor and the Fallen Lords.

That is much more terrifying than anything Soulblighter did, save unleashing the Myrkridia.
