Over here, discipline in schools can be abysmal no matter how affluent the area. but yes...rich kids I've met...well, I know some very rich (compared to others I know) people, and like them (adults...no kids other than next example met) - but I did meet one school of really rich kids, and despite the fact that we started getting along fine, the snobbier elements among them eventually made all of them into idiots.
Heh...when one of them started a fight, after it was broken up their parting retort was calling us "lower class." Heh. (Of course, this kid was also the one who said I was wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt and knew nothing of it...)

so basically...everyone can be just as anti-social, it's just different excuses they get to carry out their behaviour. Although usually they get away with what they do (did you know that the fine for trashing someone's garden and graffitiing their house can be £5? Some deterrant...)
