It's difficult to answer this question since there isn't a generally accepted theory of what actually happened as we are told so little in the game. There may be som info in the GURPS book but I don't have it. You'll find some info regarding early history in the Encyclopedia but as far as the creation goes itself, no one knows. Sorry Ernie. Thanks for dropping by all the same.
