: This has been speculated and debated a lot.

And it's one of those annoying debates where there is no way solid way of proving it. Though I prefer the idea that he finally redeemed himself through the ultamite sacrifice, that it gets a bit annoying when someone dies, and then he comes back again, it makes you think, then whats the -ing point in killing him.
