Well, the sound plays more or less just fine within the little player thing in The Fallen Sounds. That is, until it gets to the end where it repeats itself with a bunch of static etc...
A friend of mine mentioned having an old shareware app used to record quicktime movies of interaction within the finder, which could also record all sounds played during that time... so anyway, he suggested that I try to find that program (doesn't remember what it's called, but I too seem to remember a program similar to what he describes) and just make a quicktime movie of myself playing the sound through The Fallen Sounds, then extracting the audio layer from the resulting movie and editing out the garbage.
A little more trouble than it's worth maybe, but I'm determined.
Anyway, thanks for the help. If I manage to get this working I'll let you know.
