I'm not sure if "rocks" would be the correct term to use, but I might just be nit-picking. Personally, my favorites are "A Sai En" from Macross Plus and "Chain" from Escaflowne. Both involve fun, creepy chanting. Actually, I just love choral music, "Agnus Dei" from Ace Combat 4 is another favorite of mine, as is "O Fortuna" by Orff.
