Yeah! I'm glad I'm not the only one that hates WWII. I mean its fun for a while but not as much as regular Myth. Long time ago I had tried to get my friends to play it against me during a LAN (Local Area Network), but they wanted to play it as WWII or Civil War. So I had no choice but to play it as Civil War. It was kinda funny the outcome of it. I was against both of them (One being the person who first got me into the world of Myth but left the game long ago and the other a newbie). At first I was just sending units around not caring if I win or not and letting them die. We were playing "Assassin", and I was wondering if they had their assassin unit protected so I send a unit to scout the area and notice them in the center with their unit within range for the civil war equlivant for the dwarf. I started to make a flanking move on them and send my unit on a suicide attack... I throw the explosive and it was about to land right next to the villager assassin unit but it was a dud and I lost. I would have won if I wasn't killing my own units and sending them to their deaths just because I didn't want to play with the Civil War tagset.
Anyways... I haven't played Myth for months. Back in the end of August to play a new game that I played for like 2 months and passed the main quest of it. Then I stop playing that game and played others. Now in probably less than a week I should get an expansion pack for the game I played for those 2 months, and I plan to start over from scratch. It is a fun 3D open-ended RPG. And I want to buy the second expansion pack of that game, which comes out in May.
