Ah, yes, I've spent far too many of my available hours that I could (and should) have been spending on homework figuring out Final Fantasy tracks. Favorites include the normal boss fight music from FF7, "Terra" from FF6, the intro to FF7/FF6, the music played during the SeeD field test in FF8, one of the field themes from FF9, the field theme from FF7 that you also play on Tifa's piano, the Alexandria-type theme from FF9... And others, too, of course. FF has always had very nice soundtracks.
