Has anyone considered that perhaps Bungie left all of this stuff vague for the specific purpose of screwing with our heads? Maybe they never even contemplated the identity of the Head, but got more than a few chuckles from wathcing us try to figure this stuff out. Ever since those Marathon references popped up in Halo, I have seriously considered that those guys only did this to play mind games. Now that I think about it, perhaps it's all part of the massive conspiracy against me.
