: My first impression was the narrator was a J-man and
: first impressions stick BUT I went through the whole
: littny of soldiers and none fit firmly. A warrior was
: my second guess just because the same voice actor
: seems to read the journal as well as speak the
: warriors part in the game but thats and his impression
: to me as a regular joe in the army. As pointed out
: before me warriors are not in all the levels, nobody
: thinks a dwarf, bezerk seems unlikly hes too homly I
: think, to be that dashing and scottish. fir'Bolg are a
: different race entirly with a whole other langue that
: one never struck me as very possible, and as thats the
: last litrual intrupertation left. I must conclude the
: narrator is just a dramatic effect built into Myth to
: give it a human feel and it and it works too, my
: favort was always bragada. My last theroy is the
: narrator is you but there is no repersenting icon on
: the screen for you only a hovering vew point I must
: then conclude that the narrative is only a flurish to
: make the game more poetic and enjoyable.
"... I'm the Narrator
And now I'll tell you
Where I've been
And what I saw
And how it ends." Blind Guardian.
I prefer to agree with the "crazy" idea he's (the Narrator) magi (actually avatara, but not one of the Nine).
