The Watcher is mentioned twice in Myth II. Once in the prologue and once in "Through the Ermine". This should be enough reason to tell that he has another name. Balh'al is aslo not in any of the glossarys, something odd for being a fairly major character in the first game.

Bahl'al is mentioned two times in flavour texts and is refered to once as thrall being his "children". That's not too much repeating as far as I'm concerned. And it certainly *proves* nada.
