Tramist's Mirror we know little or nothing of. It could've been lost and simply recovered by Soulblighter since he was "wicked and discontent". The Tain Shard is speculated by the second journal writer to have been kept by Soulblighter after the Tain shattered. It seems like a pretty plausible theory to me. Not a good plot twist, though...

This is easily explained by the previously mentioned theory. No need to go off about the spider cults again.

I dunno what the obsession about explaining exactly who or what the spider cults were. To me it just sounds like something similar to satanists or such. Just people who thought spiders were worthy of worship and/or dabbled in black magic.
