No, I repeat no, names are forgotten to be linked in Soulblighter. Myrdred is clearly pointed out to be The Deceiver, Ravanna is absolutely Shiver and so on. And there is no mention of either Ravanna or Myrdred in TFL, I might add. Soulblighter has a whole bloody flavour telling that he might be Damas.
The Watcher is also "The Mad Goat of Fens". Of course, Soulblighter is also Twice Born...

Bungie has said a lot of things they don't have to as far as I'm concerned. They also haven't even shown a hint of Fallen Lords they've not used at one point or another. I mean, The Deceiver was in the TFL manual.
You just try finding any depictions of the other Fallen Lords somewhere.
