Myth 3 is -not- nessacerily the truth...see rant below.
Do we truly trust Myth 3?
I mean, I think those of us who have played it admit its a decent game, even if we liked the other two myths better, but do we think that its story is the mystic tr7th that all true asylumers worship?
I don't.
I don't think Myth 3 is true, although it is a creditable version of what happened, I wouldn't trust anything it said any more than something say...Gholsbane or zeph or (Even though he's using another name, I'm still going to refer to him by this one) Forrest..or any of the other long time veterans. In fact, I'd trust them more than Mumbo-Jumbo's Myth III creators, but that's another story...
So what I would like to see, although by no means to do I insist on it, or anything like that, I would like to see an Ayslumerized version of the Myth III history, or something to that effect.
Flavor Texts, Journal entries (Or however else its done...hell one could do it Connacht's military reports for some levels) and all that stuff...I don't know if anyone wants to do it, but I'd love to see the newer memembers (Anyone who's been here less time than I have, say) demonstrate their knowledge and judgement, since...well, I just would.
Either that, or our ideas for a Myth IV and how we, the Ayslum Studios?...would do it.
