yes, shiver is ravanna. although this was known to us already, i congratulate you on behalf of the asylum on figuring this out on your own. soulblighters affection for her was discussed, but i'm not sure if it was decided on.
the watcher as you pointed out was in the wolf age as the enemy known as bahl'al.
the other two fallen lords were not accounted for(i think that they are moagim and some other version of ravanna/shiver/culweh/unwed dawn)
and earlier the other avatara were debated on but never really decided. although last year we remarked on caliban maybe being an avatara(he made the alliance between the firbolg and men) and thus one of the nine, but that was all just speculation. as for the other...no one knows(i think)
the head, has been discussed to death so i will sum it up for you to save time. the head is mjarin from myth three(the warlock leader)that is why he hates balor/connacht-read all old posts and the legends and lore sections. i think he was destryed in the end by civil war.
