I disagree. I'll readily admit that I am arrogant - I think that in many ways (the justified ones) I am superior to many other people. I hate the thought of being cocky, though - of ACTING all superior and lording it over everybody. Arrogance is a mindset, cockiness is a behavioral pattern.
