Newbies arent SUPPOSED to know everything. They are going to state the obvious, think they're original and so on. Don't diss them for starting to love something you've been involved with for so long. Be a little supportive, or just ignore them completely.
Like children. If you ever have kids, dont insult their ignorance for not knowing intuitively how to ride a bike by their third birthday. You nurture and cherish them, and teach them everything you know, hoping that they will one day become as you. And that they may, in turn, rear "children" of their own.
