That's what Legends and Lore is supposed to be. Delusions, specifically. A compository of all the theories we've already hammered out here. Before we had a forum, most of it was just email sent in to us and then posted in the appropriate Delusions article and mentioned in the news. The Forums are much lower-maintainance, however, so we went with them and swore, really we promise, we'll keep the articles up to date too.
You can see how well that went. :\
