but in the flavor text, it says that the cities fell to ghols, and seeing that the fallen lords were important i think that if they had helped it would have been mentioned(this does not mean theat the fallen lords didn't use these cities to there advantage during there power as is shown by the presence of soulless and wights in the "sons of myrgard")
