: Seneschals? I was under the belief the title was the
: Mayors of the Palace.

Like I said, or whatever. I forgot what they were called. And, though they were mayors of the palace, that's not the term that was used, I believe (even translated from the French)

: Also, said ancestor guy is sort of Myth related *pulls
: out Martel* Charles Martel is probably the one you're
: thinking of, if I'm right.

Yeah, him or Pippin, or whatever. I keep mixing "Carolinus Magnus"'s ancestors up. It's been a couple months. That isn't something I'm going to remember. (which means that I'm going to actually have to study for mid-terms. That's scary)

: Also, I'm not sure if Charlemange truly qualifies as a
: Holy Roman Emperor, other than being made Emperor by
: the Pope.

Charlemagne = Charles I (first Holy Emporer of the Romans)
(Just for reference, Charles V of the Holy Roman Empire was Charles I of Spain, grandson of Ferdinand and Isabella, who sent Columbus to America.)

: More information would be interesting.

Concerning whom? I have whole books of utterly useless information stored in my head.

: Seraph
