He was refuting your belief that multiplayer is what sells copies of Myth. If you were right (and multiplayer was why people bought Myth 3), the game would have sold only a couple dozen copies, judging by the attendance on GameSpy. The truth is that the game sold more than 100k copies--because of the single player campaign. So the solo game is not only important, but is, in fact, the only reason Myth 3 sold any copies.
