Balor. And the reasons? He was able to raze murthemmnie, he brought the Fetch into the world, and remember Balors lightning in TFL. Not even Alric would have been able to beat him without the eblis stone. As for his army, I consider the Fallen Lords to be a PART of his army, and not even Mijarin can clame that.
