Well Mjarin pretty powerful, in his own attempts to rule be brought about our own victory, eg helping defeat the Leveller, twice. But most of these people have big claims to infamy, but I think balor, Soulblighter, Moagim and Mjarin all have the biggest claims. Moagim cos of the Myrks, Maj as stated above, balor as stated by Zand and SB, well come on.
Personally i'd have to go with SB. unlike Mjarin he has no real goal, just to kill people, so he's unpredictable. Unlike Moagim and Balor he isn;t possessed by anything, he really is that evil. He's definately the creepyist, scariest guy Myth can throw at us. With the exception of the Leveller made corporeal, but since that's never happened I'm for SB.
