Thanks for the reply. Too bad they left it out, always nice to have such little details in the game. Then again, it was probably triggered when the entire village was overrun with thrall and ghols, and all villagers dead. And before you get that far into the level, you've either killed all the enemies, or they've killed you. Probably why they left it out...
