yes listen to peter. and in myth the fallen lords we now that after we steel the total codex the watcher completely destroys the city. so all the building you see are buildings that have been builded in the 60 years of peace. Yes and why built an libery, and a monument of Alrics victory, in Covenant without rebuilding the rest of their biggest and prettiest city in the world of myth.
and besides that i think that the city have been evacuated.
but yes i also think it is very strange that there aint any bodys of the people that didn't make it alive.
but the city shows clear since of ihabitation. havent you seen the condos
