Hotline is an internet application thats totally different from netscape or explorer. A typical hotline site will have a users list, where you can see all the people who are currently on that site and send them private messages or invite them into private chats, a public chat window, a files section where you can upload, view, and download files, and some various other stuff.
Hotline is very easy to use and is *addictive* -
I spend a couple hours on Hotline... when I'm on my computer, I'm on hotline
