My thoughts on all this:

The Watcher is Bahl'al - that is certain. He is dead as a doorknob - the "Where did he go?" comment reffered to that shade who dissappears (and yes, I have seen that shade teleport away and reappear later, though I don't remember the circumstances).

Soulblighter was always corrupt. Thus he is an ancient evil. He was around in Connacht's time, and probably helped defeat Moagim. He could have even been one of Moagim's converted Fallen, who was brought back to the light by Connacht, similar to the Deceiver in Myth II. Maybe he was wholly good other than that seed of corruption, until Connacht disappeared and Damas ran off into the Untamed Lands to learn immortality. We don't know the details, only that he was evil way back when, and he served once Connacht. Soulblighter is essentially dead; he's still got a heart lying around in the Untamed Lands, and perhaps some crow-spirits, but without a body he's as good as dead.

We know all about the Deceiver. He was an Avatara of the Wolf Age, but Balor turned him into a Fallen Lord, though he was later brought back into the like by Alric. He is also dead; his arrogance killed him. Shiver's explosive death caught him off guard, and he died. He's dead. Get over it.

Shiver was blind to her own decrepidness. It is doubtfull that such a spell could last through the all-light Wind Age. Thus, she is under 500 years old, disqualifying her from "ancient evil" status and pinning her as "turned from the Light". She's not The Deceiver (... or IS SHE!?!? ), SHE's not the Faceless MAN, so she must be Bonesplitter. Silicon's supporting evidence is good too. Her body was destroyed by Rabican (Rabican and Murgen had eachother's names in the betas, but otherwise did the same things), her soul was made corporeal by Soulblighter 60 years later, and then her soul was destroyed by the Deceiver. She is doubly dead.

The Faceless Man is likely Connacht's right-hand-man in Tales From Myth. But he's turned from the light, right? If he was around in Connacht's time he must be an ancient evil, shouldn't he? No. Being turned from the light does not preclude ancientness. "Ancient evil" means one who is ancient AND was evil long ago. "Turned from the Light" simply means that they were not evil long ago, but have only recently become evil. Soulblighter became evil in the Wind Age after Connacht disappeared. The Faceless Man, while he is ancient, has only recently become evil. He died before the War in the West, fighting Gower or the Bruig.

The Voiceless One is never seen or (understandably) heard. We know nothing of him/her, other than s/he is an ancient evil and must have died before the War in the West, fighting Gower of the Bruig or some such.

In summary:

How they came:
The Watcher was an enemy of Connacht though he later joined Balor, and Soulblighter and The Faceless Man were Connacht's lietenants. The Voiceless One was around there somewhere, and eventually joined Balor. Shiver was subborned with the Myrmidons and the Deceiver was bent to Balor's will.

How they went:
The Voiceless One and the Faceless Man died before the War in the West. The Watcher died near the end of it. Shiver and the Deceiver annihilated eachother sixty years later, then Alric killed Soulblighter.

The end.
