another evil person you should resurrect is the leader of the warlocks because he would be very powerful and he was always kind of light kind of dark
also as a warrior fallen you might consider tugeiis because all his years of killing might have driven him insane which would lead to delving into dark sorcery to erase the memories. but then things went wrong and he died except for his spirit, forever insane and with a thurst for more killing because when he killed the memories went away. he could look like a souless with a sword or maybe a huge skeleton (like king leoric if you have played diablo 1)
