Each cycle lasts 1000 years. So the Dark rule for a millenium then there is an age of peace for another 1000 years.

No one knows but they are probably one of the elder races created shortly after the Trow.

(According to GURPS) There are 49 dreams of Wyrd.
: 4. How is it with the one dream(or how is it called) when

(Again, GURPS) The goal of the Avatara is to unite the 49 dreams of Wyrd. Once the One Dream has been reformed, the cycle is broken and some think the saviour who brings about their unification becomes the physical embodiment of Wyrd to rule on Earth for endless eons of peace.
: 5. When was Cath Bruig made?
Probably the year 0 Acit El which is 2480 years before the events of Myth TFL.
: 6. Why are Herons long living? Are they not humans?
They perform healing rituals using mandrake root. A sort of booster spice that only serves to heal minor wounds in less virtuous men.
: 7. Who and from where are Myrmidons.
The Myrmidons were a northern race. They were subborned by Balor 300 years ago and promised eternal life thus giving the name The Kithless by their northern brethren, the berserks. They can only be killed in battle but have not retained their youth and so are held together with ragged bandages.
