: i am new to these boards and i was wondering why when
: wondering about the origin of the narrator you ruled
: out the journeyman? and if not the journeyman, an
: officer that was not named and wasn't featured as a
: playable character but still traveled with the legion.

1) JMan: both Myth narrators seem ignorant of the past of which the JMen would know so much about: the M1 narrator in the manual's prologue also calls a JMan "mad", and dismisses the knowledge of the cycle, and in the M2 epilogue it's made pretty clear that that narrator can't be a JMan because he has never seen Muirthmne as a populated city, and must have it described for him, and the JMen are the Ex-Heron Guards, the Imperial Gurads of Muirthemne.

2) Well, it could well be an officer, what we're dealing with here is a "what TYPE of unit was he?" Was he a fir'Bolg or a Berserk, Dwarf or Soulless (spot the odd one out here)? There's no real indication as to whether he was a captain or not, but I should think he was quite important, at least as a skilled fighter and veteran.
