: Does anybody else think it's weird that we sit around

No, we do it because it stimulates our minds and imaginations far more than our daily "real world" routine. The rich setting of Myth is so fascinating in its detail and mystery that we look forward to the next interpretation of it.
What stimulates me even more is maintaining this site. Adding new content, updating sections, etc. I enjoy it because it's so rewarding to have your work on the net for others to comment on and enjoy.
Of course, there's also the fact that most of my friends are in completely unreachable places so I can only contact them through message boards and chat servers. The reason for this is that I'm in some remote corner of the UK while the Bungie community is predominantly in the US with a few Europeans who are still too far away to meet face to face. Most Bungie fans I know are far more interesting, friendly and have better senses of humour than anyone I know at school bar about 2 people.
That's my situation and I'm sure others feel similarly.
