No. there have been thrall since start of the great war.
the watcher did ( as far as i remember) take the dream of unlife from the trow. And that was a long time ago. remember that watcher is an anceint evil. And he knew how to make thrall at the time he killed mazarin and that was in the 4 era. and i think i recall forest saying something to me about SB war being in the 7 era.that means that the great war was in the 6 era. and that was 2000 year after the watcher killed Mazarin with his thrall.
