First of all, there is no narrator in Myth 3. A narrator tells a story--that guy is trying to teach a lesson.
Second of all, Myth 1 and Myth 2 happened 60 years apart. And the journal writer of TFL was already an old campaigner by the time we bump into him. So there is no way he is the same guy as in SB. Not to mention the fact that somewhere in Myth 2 this guy comes across the older journal (reference forgotten).
